Rebrand for Paragon
Now called Paragon Skills for Industry (formerly Paragon and ITE Training Group), we have experienced consistent expansion and success since 1998 when we formed in Weymouth, Dorset and are now a leading provider of Apprenticeships and vocational training in the South, with 250 members of staff, nine skills centres covering Dorset, Hampshire, Somerset and the West of England, and over 1000 learners.
Paragon has restructured and strengthened the senior management team under the leadership of recently appointed chief executive Gavin Freed and welcomes Danny Roberts, formerly of Carter and Carter Group, as business development director, whilst former operations director John Bradford will head up the marketing department as marketing director.
Mr Roberts commented: “Investing in skills for business success has never been so important. Paragon’s unique position of flexibility and access to training programmes subsidised by government means we are able to offer customised training solutions to suit all types of companies.
